Prices
The prices of items in the online shop are quoted inclusive of taxes (inc. VAT) in the case of the Swiss Franc. The prices of items in the online shop are quoted exclusive of taxes (ex. VAT) in the case of the Euro. Customs duties and VAT applicable to the destination country are charged extra to the customer. Delivery prices are added to the price of the item and are subject to alteration depending on changes in the rates applied by the service provider in question. AXYLO® Stéphane Avranches adds no commission to the cost of shipment.
Taxes and customs duties
AXYLO® Stéphane Avranches has its registered office in Switzerland. The taxes applicable in Switzerland are added to the purchase price by AXYLO®, the price of the items is therefore inc. VAT. Goods delivered to another country are exclusive of taxes (ex. VAT).
Every internet user outside Swiss territory must pay the customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) in force in their country of origin.
Ordering limits
Orders may contain no more than 5 items, including a maximum of 2 identical items. Please contact us by e-mail or by telephone (Contact section) for any orders in excess of these numbers.
Registration of orders
Orders are registered as soon as payment has been validated. Orders are confirmed by e-mail as soon as possible, once the necessary security and item availability checks have been conducted. Said e-mail serves as an invoice and guarantee.
Delivery and shipment
The delivery address may under no circumstances be a hotel or a post box, unless specifically requested by e-mail or by telephone (contact section).Deliveries are made by various organisations depending on your request at the time of the order, from Monday to Saturday except national holidays in the destination country. For greater security, orders are delivered in unmarked packaging.
Shipping costs depend on the delivery service chosen and the amount of the order (higher insurance, shorter deadlines), these are added to the price of the item.
This formality is governed by computer from our database and may vary depending on the courier company market.

Return and exchange
Internet users may return any item ordered in our online shop within 7 days following the date of delivery, in its original packaging together with a copy of the invoice. The item should be entirely undamaged and should not present any scratches, marks or alterations.
Internet users are required to request a “returns form” in advance by e-mail (contact section), which shall be enclosed with the item returned.
We recommend returning items by registered post or any other reliable means in order to obtain proof of returning the item(s) in question. Refunds shall be made at the very latest within 30 days following receipt of the item(s) returned, by crediting the internet user’s bank account used at the time of payment. AXYLO® Stéphane Avranches may not be held responsible for any damage caused by the carrier.
Confirmation of ring size
Please ensure you print the document containing details of ring sizes in our shop, and check the correct dimensions. AXYLO® Stéphane Avranches cannot be held responsible in case of any size errors. Although basic, this procedure is nevertheless fairly reliable if used correctly.
WARNINGS AND SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
IN AN EFFORT TO AVOID ANY RISK OF INJURY, WE RECOMMEND NOT UNDERTAKING ANY HANDLING OR DIY WORK, AND NOT PRACTISING ANY SPORTING ACTIVITIES WHILST WEARING AN AXYLO® RING.

AXYLO® STEPHANE AVRANCHES MAY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES POSSIBLY RESULTING FROM INJURIES OR LESIONS OCCURRING WHEN WEARING AN AXYLO® RING, ANYONE WEARING THE RING DOES SO UNDER THEIR ENTIRE RESPONSIBILITY, AND MAY NOT INSTITUTE ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST AXYLO® STEPHANE AVRANCHES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
LIKEWISE, THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE PENDANT, STRANGULATION, CUTS OR BURNS FROM THE PENDANT CORD WILL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE COVERED, NOR MAY AXYLO® STEPHANE AVRANCHES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE.
AXYLO® STEPHANE AVRANCHES MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FAILINGS ON THE PART OF DATATRANS IN THE PROCESSING OF DATA REGARDING PAYMENT MEANS, CREDIT CARDS, ETC..
IN CASE OF DEFAULT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO DELIVER AN ORDER, AXYLO® STEPHANE AVRANCHES UNDERTAKES SOLELY TO REFUND THE CUSTOMER THE PRICE OF THE ORDER, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER CUSTOMER CLAIMS.
